Background
Mesu is an acronym for Men’s Empowerment Support and Uplifting. This club was born out of an idea and or vision from Pastor H. The Club was formerly started in 2010 with 10 members. As the name indicates, the purpose of the club is to empower, support and uplift man. The initial members for 2010 were: Hloniphani Ndlovu, James Sibanda, Maqhawenkosi Mhlanga, Dumisani Mpabanga, Douglas Ndlovu, Cornelius Maphosa, Lindani Ncube, Nhlanhla Maphosa, Morgan Mpofu & Tamirirashe Shoko. In 2011 the club added ten other members to include: Milson Ndlovu, Glenn Ncube, Dumani Ndlovu, Sibonginkosi Ndlovu, Sehliselweyinkosi Sibanda, Kissington Ncube, Kholakele Ngwenya, Thabani Nkala, Thembelani Sibindi & Mpumelelo Ncube.
Management
On its inception in 2010, the club elected three members to be the committee as follows:
1. James Sibanda Chairperson
2. Maqhawe Mhlanga Secretary
3. Dumisani Mpabanga Treasurer.
In 2011, the club formed a management committee as follows:

It shall be the mission of the club to see the livelihoods of its members improve in all aspects of life; Spiritually, Socially, Financially and Materially.
OBJECTIVES;
